Michelle is an attorney in private practice. Her areas of practice are bankruptcy, taxation and criminal defense. She is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Vermont and New Hampshire and before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Master of Science in Accounting and Master of Social Work degree from San Diego State University. She completed Vermont’s Law Office Study Program in lieu of law school. She is a graduate of the Price-Babson Seminar for Entrepreneurship Educators.
